Can I schedule online?

Yes! Existing patients can click here to use our online scheduling system! You will be asked to enter your email address and first and last name. After completing these fields, you will progress to the next screen to select your appointment type and then choose your appointment time and date (the calendar shows real time availability)!

If you are new to our office, click here to schedule a New Patient Exam.

Where can I find the new patient paperwork?

New patient paperwork is located on our website under the Patients tab at the top of the page. Our paperwork can be completed and electronically submitted through our secure portal. Click here to access the paperwork!

How long will my appointment take?

If it is your first visit to the office, we ask that you plan to spend roughly 40-50 minutes with us. This is your new patient exam where Dr. Adams gets to know you and learn more about your condition and begins to develop a custom treatment plan for you

An average appointment is about 10 minutes. However, if you are going to receive therapy, you can plan to spend 20-30 minutes in our office.

How do I check in at the front desk/what is my check in id?

Patients self-check in by using the iPads available at the front desk. Your check in id is your primary contact phone number (including the area code). Please inform the front desk if there are changes to your primary contact number.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome during office hours. Depending on the time of a walk-in appointment, your wait time may be longer than that of a scheduled appointment. Please take this into consideration when deciding to walk-in. To see real time availability and schedule before you walk-in, click here to schedule.

What insurance do you accept?

Please refer to our patient financial policies to learn more about our accepted insurance plans.

Does my insurance cover chiropractic care?

Many insurance companies now cover chiropractic care, but your out-of-pocket costs depends on your insurance policy. For example, your policy may cover adjustments after a small copay, or your visits may be subject to your policy’s deductible. When your visits are subject to your deductible, your insurance negotiates the rate you pay. Your patient responsibility may vary from $50-$150 per office visit. For insurance patients with deductibles, we offer the option to pay at your visit with one of our time-of-service options, to reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

Can you look up my insurance benefits before I come in?

If you would like, we would be more than happy to look up your insurance benefits before you visit. We can provide your expected benefits, but do not guarantee your benefits as they are subject to your plan and provisions.

Do I have to pay at my visit?

Yes. Payment is required at the time of your visit.
