Patient Financial Policies

Full Circle Chiropractic is committed to providing our patients with the exceptional care and service in a healing environment. We have established the following financial policies to help us achieve this goal and, to reduce any confusion or misunderstanding, have listed them below:

Insurance Patients:

If you would like to verify coverage and benefits information, please do not hesitate to contact our office and a member of the Full Circle Chiropractic team would be more than happy to assist you.

As a courtesy, Full Circle Chiropractic will handle the submission of your claims. Please remember the insurance is a contract between the patient and their carrier, so it is important that you take responsibility for understanding your benefits and the payment of unmet deductibles, coinsurance and copays. All patient responsibility is expected at the time of your service.

If you have a Flex Plan/Health Savings/Health Reimbursement Account through your insurance, please notify us at the time of your visit. Full Circle Chiropractic can provide a statement of your charges for reimbursement at any time.

Full Circle Chiropractic is currently in network with the following major insurance carriers:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield – Alliance Select, Classic Blue, and PPO
  • Cigna
  • Humana
  • United Health Care/United Healthcare of the River Valley
  • UMR
  • Midland’s Choice
  • Secure Care
  • Optum Health

At this time, Full Circle Chiropractic does not accept Medicare/Medicaid; this allows us to provide affordable services to non-insured patients.

Non-Insured Patients:

Full Circle Chiropractic offers a discount to patients without insurance when payment is made at the time of service (cash, check, and major credit cards accepted).

Auto/Personal Injury/Workman’s Compensation Patients:

If you have been in an auto accident or injured on the job and are submitting the claims through a form of auto insurance or workplace insurance, please provide the front desk with the following information at your initial visit: Insurance Company, Adjuster’s Name, Claim Number, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Address. Pre-Authorization may be required for individuals injured on the job.

After you have provided us with the information requested earlier, Full Circle Chiropractic will file on your behalf and deal directly with your insurance company/involved party paying for your services.

Once the claim is settled or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees for service are due immediately.

Medicare/Medicaid Patients and Tricare Patients:

Dr. Robert Adams does not accept Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare; this allows us to provide affordable services to non-insured patients. For individuals who would like to utilize these policies, Full Circle has contracted with Dr. Jason Richer who provides coverage for Federal Payor patients. Dr. Richer is available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons to better serve patients with Federal insurance.
